Please check this list of cutoff dates for the submission of information in community development matters to ensure the fastest action is taken on your request. 2026 Meeting Calendar/Schedule

The dates listed below are the 2026 cutoff days and subsequent meeting dates for development applications submitted to the Community Development Department for review. While some applications will be reviewed by the Board of Adjustment (BOA) only, other applications are reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), Planning Commission (PC), and City Council (CC). 

**Specific dates for 2027 are not official until approved by the City Council.
