Agreements & Forms
Rental of the Glenpool Conference Center (GCC) is governed by our GCC User Agreement (PDF) and GCC Event Guidelines Form (PDF) . Both must be filled out, submitted and accepted by our staff before the facility can be reserved for your event. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time your reservation is submitted to hold your date. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please download and fill out the GCC Request for Alcoholic Beverage Form (PDF) as well.
