Utilities

The City of Glenpool provides Water, Sewer, and Trash services. The Utility Billing Department is located at 14526 S Elwood. Their offices may be reached at 918-322-5442. The building also houses the Court Clerk’s office and features a convenient drive-through window.

Utility Billing Department Hours

Monday - Thursday        7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday                             7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Closed Daily                   12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Last Tuesday of Month   7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Water Contract Forms

Please send completed forms to utilityforms@cityofglenpool.com. When sending in a contract, please attach a copy of the applicant’s drivers license as well as a copy of the lease agreement if renting the property.

Important Dates

  • Billing statements generate on the 15th of every month.
  • Billing statements are due on the 10th of the following month.
  • Automatic bank drafts pull on the 10th of every month.
  • 10% penalties are applied on the 11th of every month.
  • Water cutoff is on the last Tuesday of every month. Any past due balance must be paid prior to 9am on that Tuesday to ensure no interruption of water service.
