Public Safety Building Photo

The city council approved construction of a $5.4 million building in the fall of 2007 to house the police and fire departments and municipal court. Construction of this 28,000 square foot facility began July 2008 and the facility officially opened September 18th, 2009. With 5 bays for fire engines, an integrated police dispatch center, and a coordinated emergency response command room, the building highlights Glenpool's commitment to public safety. The building features the Phil Frazier courtroom and a three-story training facility for multi-story fire personnel training.
