Usage Fees

The following fees are in effect beginning January 1, 2018 for use of various public spaces and equipment in the Conference Center. These fees are to maintain the public use space and operations of the conference support services. Fees include meeting room and standard audiovisual equipment. Additional fees may be assessed for furnishings, set-up, custodial or technical needs or additional equipment rental.


Meeting planners are responsible for paying all meeting area and Audio Visual charges that apply and additional fees not covered by caterers. The Glenpool Conference Center offers a full commercial kitchen which can be rented for $100 per day.

The Foyer space can be included with the Main Hall if desired, or closed off for a more intimate feeling. $100 hourly rate for additional time.

Tables & Chairs

The prices listed above are for room rental only and do not include tables and chairs. Table/chair setup and breakdown by GCC staff is available for an additional labor fee. 


A CLEET certified security officer must be present at all times when there is alcohol present at an event.  This officer will be scheduled by an authorized representative of the Conference Center and paid for at the going rate by the Lessee on the day of the event.

Local non-profit organizations may contact the conference center office for non-profit rates.
